GoCanvas is a leading provider of digital forms and work process management solutions that make communication seamless for companies with dispersed teams. There are 5,000+ companies using GoCanvas in the US, Canada, and APAC region, which helps brands save time and money. The company needed to scale their visibility for prospecting and retargeting in order to stand out during Black Friday 2022 among the APAC region's audience. Their goal was to stay top-of-mind during this critical period by tapping into the entire journey of holiday shoppers seamlessly and efficiently.

The approach

GoCanvas saw the immediate need to expand beyond Google’s search platform. In addition to searching for review articles on Google, many shoppers were using Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Bing Network, so it was extremely important for GoCanvas to be able to gain exposure here. With multi-platform campaigns, GoCanvas was able to reach prospects not only on Google Search but also on Facebook, Google Display, and YouTube.
